Draft dates
Waiver draft protection lists are due on 12/11/2009.
Waiver draft starts on 12/14/2009

The protection list date as 2/01/2010 at 9 AM (ET).  The protected
lists will go out that evening.  The draft will start a week later on 2/8/2010

Waiver Draft
The waiver protected  list should consist of 10 non-rookie & non-sophomores currently on your team.  
Any non-rookie & non-sophomore on a roster but not a protected list is eligible to be chosen.



Change in Elgibility Rules
Effective 2010, we will be going to the new Scoresheet rookie rules (130 AB/50 IP)
 

Supplemental Schedule
We're going to have 4 2-person supplementals. 

The 1st supplemental will be in the same order as the first two
rounds of the spring draft.

The 2nd through 4th supplementals will be snake based on the
previous week's standings.

Dates for supplementals 
3rd week of April (April 19th)
4th week of May (May 24th)
1st week of July (July 5th)
2nd week of August (August 9th)

Cutoff for eligibility
We'll use the February 1 as the cutoff for eligibility.  I'll come up 
with a list of guys that become eligible between the issuing of the 
Scoresheet list and the actual start of the draft.
