list will go out that evening.  The draft will start a week later on 2/1/2009.

Supplemental Schedule
We're going to have 5 2-person supplementals.  Each supplemental
will be by e-mail and be in the 2nd full week of the month.

The 1st supplemental (April) will be the same as the first two rounds
of the sprong draft.

The 2nd & 3rd supplementals(May & June) will be snake based on the
previous week's standings.

The 4th & 5th supplemenals (July & August) will be straight round-robin
based on the previous week's standings.

Dates for supplementals (2nd Tuesday of each month)
April - Week beginning April 11 (Week 3)
May - Week beginning May 9 (Week 7)
June - Week beginning June 13 (Week 11)
July - Week beginning July 11 (Week 16)
August - Week beginning August 8 (Week 20)


Cutoff for eligibility
We'll use the February 1 as the cutoff for eligibility.  I'll come up 
with a list of guys that become eligible between the issuing of the 
Scoresheet list and the actual start of the draft.
